At Adventure Out, we are deeply commited to customer service - we understand your needs are important and we do our best to respond to your inquiries immmediately. We also understand that in the modern age, people expect communication "at the speed of light". Unfortunately, running an outdoor business is sometimes contrary to this notion and we are not able to respond to your questions right away. On any given day our office could be run from 10,000', the beach, or the redwood forests. We will respond to most requests within a few hours. However, all inquiries are garaunteed to get a response within 2 days. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
