Kids 3-Day Rock Climbing Camp
This course is designed for those kids who desire to experience the thrill of rock climbing. Each half-day class will be held at beautiful Remillard Park in the Berkeley Hills. No previous experience is necessary.

We will begin with low ropes trust games to get the kid's acquainted with each other and with the importance of communication while climbing. Our expert climbing instructors will teach your child basic rock climbing safety, top rope climbing knots, climbing commands, basic top roping techniques, rope management and an overview of the climbing rating system, and of course get them on a lot of climbs.

Once up on the rocks, your child will have the thrill of a lifetime as the climb straight up the side of a cliff - but with modern rock climbing gear, there is no danger! Fully roped in, they will be able to take risks and test their abilities without fear. Not only is this a great physical workout, but also an excellent leadership and confidence building activity for people of all ages.

Our adventurous instructors are fully Trained Professionals, with CPR, First-Aid, and Wilderness First Responder Certifications - Senior Instructors are AMGA Top Rope certified. Not only do we teach your child safe climbing skills, we will teach them important environmental awareness skills. We will have lunch out on the rock.

Your child's camp includes:
3 half-days of climbing. All gear is included - climbing harness, climbing shoes, and all the necessary gear to rig a top rope (carabiners, ropes, webbing, cord, belay devices, etc).

We provide all the equipment for this climbing adventure! Just appropriate outdoor clothing, sunscreen, hat, lunch/snack, and water.
